Zampa wine wanted to re-enter the Indian wine market as a luxury wine, and move up from a mid-range category. The challenge was to reposition the brand to appeal to the Indian wine connoisseur who is comfortable with buying foreign wines.
The rebranding involved an in-depth competition analysis which covered a price study, target audience segmentation and positioning. The solution: Zampa was positioned as a unique, hand crafted wine inspired from the rich heritage of ancient Indian craftsmanship and artistry.
Scope of work:
Competitive research, positioning exercise, identity design, label design, bottle cap design, label mechanicals, working with vendors for printing and production & marketing collateral design.
The wine was featured in French luxury magazine, Formes de Luxe in a special edition on luxury packaging in India.
